Principals

Our team is lead by David Oman and Janie Hotz. Our passion for service excellence is driven by our thirst for knowledge to bring you fresh new ideas to solve business problems.

David Oman has been a senior advisor to executive management teams, designed organization-wide measurement systems, and developed organizational change initiatives. His international facilitation experience includes strategic planning, leadership development, team development and project management. His formal education includes a Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Janie Hotz has worked in the field of Education, the Arts, and Creative Problem Solving. Her work as a teacher, artist and business entrepreneur, has heavily influenced her unique and fresh approach to re-awakening creativity in business. Janie’s formal education includes degrees in Education and Fine Art.

Adrienne Hotz-Oman is a highly skilled facilitator and trainer. She believes in using systemic approaches to improve Organizational Effectiveness. Her areas of expertise include conflict resolution, mediation, coaching, and stakeholder consultation.

Grant Sikstrom is a trusted advisor to senior management teams. His area of speciality is leadership development. Grant is an expert facilitator who can manage group interaction smoothly and effortlessly.

Doug Blackie is a highly skilled and experienced communications specialist with a proven record of leadership in the public, private, education, and not for profit sectors. He specializes in group collaboration focused on solving complex organizational problems.
