Doug Blackie is a specialist in stakeholder engagement, group facilitation, and communications with over 30 years leadership experience in the public, private, education, and not for profit sectors. Doug is at ease working with diverse stakeholders with complex issues in varied audiences from community groups, to local government, and senior leaders, to build sustainable and mutually beneficial solutions to organizational problems.
Doug holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and Bachelors degree in Social Work from the University of Victoria. He is certified to facilitate the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® from FranklinCovey Canada.
